Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan for most gift boxes and non-perishable arrangements. Fresh flowers, fresh cakes, and other perishable items are primarily fulfilled within Lahore for quality and freshness. If you are ordering from another city, tell us what you need and we will confirm what can travel safely.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
No. We work on full advance payment only. Once you book an order, we confirm details on WhatsApp and share payment instructions. This lets us reserve premium stems and begin custom work without delays.
How far in advance should I order?
For standard bouquets, 24–48 hours notice is ideal. For Eid, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s week, weddings, and detailed custom cakes, order as early as possible — often several days ahead — so we can secure materials and scheduling.
Can I customize colors, wraps, and cards?
Yes. Customization is the core of Craft by Maryam. Share preferred colors, wrapping style (Korean volume, rustic kraft, minimal), add-ons like chocolates, and the exact card message. Reference photos help us match your vision.
How do custom cakes work?
Share your event date, serving size, flavor preferences, allergies, and 2–4 design references. We confirm what is realistic for your timeline and budget. Fresh cakes are best delivered within Lahore.
What if the recipient is not home?
Provide a reachable phone number and, when possible, an alternate contact. For surprise gifts, arrange a quiet handoff with a family member or building reception so flowers are not left in heat.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because arrangements are made to order, changes depend on production stage. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Our Terms page explains refund windows based on timing before delivery.
